At Design Bundle Pro, we sell digital products only, including printable worksheets, design bundles, templates, and downloadable files.
Because our products are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, please read our refund terms carefully.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All products sold on https://designbundlepro.com/ are digital downloads.
Once a purchase is completed and the file / access link has been delivered, all sales are final.
We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products because they cannot be “returned” once downloaded.
2. Exceptions Where Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- duplicate payment / accidental double charge
- payment deducted but product not delivered
- corrupted or inaccessible file that we are unable to replace
- technical issue from our side preventing access
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Replacement Before Refund
Before issuing a refund, we may first try to resolve the issue by:
- sending a fresh download link
- replacing the file
- fixing access issues
- providing customer support
Our priority is to ensure you receive the purchased product successfully.
4. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
5. How to Request a Refund

- registered email address
- order ID / payment screenshot
- reason for refund request
